This is also the case for communication platforms (e.g. Wifi, Ethernet) which connect the stations to your property's communication and management platforms. What happens if a charger is not working?

Every EV Connect charging station includes EV Connect contact information that your property can use to contact EV Connect to ensure we get your station back on-line as soon as possible. Further, EV Connect offers station monitoring capabilities, which will alert EV Connect about any charging station that is not operational. EV Connect handles the service process for you.

What is Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP)?

OCPP is an internationally established open protocol for the communication between electric vehicle (EV) charge station hardware and charge station networks (akin to a cell phone service provider).
